FormVerse Features
Policy-driven emails
Each FormVerse email is designed to meet the requirements of the recipient and to ensure that vital data and information important to the recipient will be processed and actioned appropriately and in a timely manner.
Embedded structured forms in emails
FormVerse emails contain embedded XML-based forms (Microsoft® Infopath) that enable data to be collected in a structured manner, which allows automated processing of information via processing rules, automatic extraction and storage in a database, and integration with other enterprise applications.
User-transparent use of FormVerse emails
FormVerse emails containing electronic forms are sent as regular emails, and can be managed or archived just as regular emails.
User-defined email dispatching rules
FormVerse administrators can define specific rules for dispatching FormVerse emails to specific end users or groups, which enables recipients to determine the correct forms to be completed.
User-defined email processing rules
FormVerse administrators can define specific rules for the processing of FormVerse emails, which ensures that FormVerse emails received by the recipient organization are routed to the FormVerse user within the organization that needs to action the emails. Processing rules also determine if and when data contained within a FormVerse email is extracted and where the extracted data will be placed.
FormVerse processing rules wizard
FormVerse provides an intuitive way for administrators to design processing rules. In a short amount of time a typical user can master the skills required to design even the most complex/sophisticated business process rules.
Rule authoring language
FormVerse includes a robust .NET based Rule Authoring Language for advanced designers that want more flexible ways to design and modify their FormVerse email rules through integration with enterprise applications to implement more powerful solutions.
Visual design for business workflows
Business workflows are designed with FormVerse Workflow Editor, an intuitive and user-friendly graphical editor. Visualized workflow diagrams provide a straightforward way to review, understand and simplify even the most complex business processes.
Workflow execution capabilities
The FormVerse system can execute complex business workflows against the user-defined dispatch and processing rules.
Centralized management
An administration console integrated with Microsoft® Management Console can be deployed by FormVerse administrators to manage all aspects of the FormVerse system.
Full integration with Microsoft Outlook
FormVerse is fully integrated with MS Outlook as an extension, and can be deployed on any MS Outlook enabled desktop.
Full integration with Microsoft® Exchange server
FormVerse has been designed to work with MS Exchange server without jeopardizing either its performance or security.
High scalability
FormVerse has been architected to leverage the strength of the Microsoft® .NET architecture and technology. This ensures that FormVerse can be deployed for use in any size business, from a small single office to a dispersed international corporation.
Easy integration with other enterprise applications
FormVerse can be integrated with other enterprise applications through the applications database. FormVerse emails can be used as an effective way to securely collect data which can be extracted based on recipient defined processing rules. That data can be saved in one or more enterprise application databases to be processed later by the enterprise application.
